I'm Kaan, a senior software engineer with 6+ years of shipping production apps across mobile, backend, and web. I work in Go, Rust, TypeScript, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and Flutter, and I like tools that stay legible months after they ship.
Right now I build AI platforms at Morfeu AI and run Voluble, a real-time speech-to-speech translation project. Based in Deurne, Netherlands. Available immediately.

An event platform with real-time translation, sharing a single Rust domain core across iOS and Android via UniFFI.
I lead mobile for Laila, an AI story platform, and Again, an AI video platform, on both iOS and Android. Each app is a modular multi-package codebase with independent feature, domain, and core layers.
I wrote the Again backend and several supporting services for both apps in Go. On iOS I use SwiftUI with the @Observable pattern and strict Swift 6 concurrency, and I removed our TCA dependency entirely. On Android it's Jetpack Compose with Circuit for unidirectional state and Metro for compile-time DI.
I also own the release machinery: GitHub Actions and an Nx monorepo for affected detection, lint and format gates, and an event-driven payment setup over Pub/Sub that ties Stripe, StoreKit 2, and Play Billing together. Next up is Morfeu Studio, a multi-model platform on top of Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.
I led a team of 3 engineers on an OTT streaming platform serving millions of users in Turkey, across HLS and DASH, Apple TV, and Android TV, on 2-week Agile sprints.
The numbers I'm proud of: regression bugs down 40% with real unit and integration testing, ANR rate down to 0.09% after finding deadlocks in concurrent code paths, and QA cycle time cut 30% with Appium for cross-platform UI tests. I watched all of it through Crashlytics, Firebase Performance, and Mixpanel.
I built features for Android TV in Jetpack Compose and Kotlin, plus the mobile app in Flutter, with stream-based reactive state throughout.
When Flutter needed to reach the metal, I wrote the platform channels and native modules in Kotlin and Swift, bridging OS-level APIs and hardware that the framework didn't cover.
I shipped 3 Android apps here, across e-commerce, banking, and agriculture, in Kotlin and Java with MVVM and SOLID.
One was the Pasabahce Magazalari retail app for Sisecam Group. I worked with the IBM iX design team to get the UI pixel-perfect, which is where I learned how much detail hides in a design handoff.
I graduated with honours from METU with a 3.18 GPA. Along the way I picked up scholarships from Microsoft Azure ML, Intel Edge AI, and the Google Developer Challenge, which is where the AI and mobile threads first crossed for me.
